Try this great recipe (from my Mom's secret kitchen): This delicious bisque is rich in flavor a makes an excellent meal...the basil olive oil is a great touch! 1 Tablespoon chopped shallots 3 Plum tomatoes, peeled and diced 2 Tablespoons butter 1/2 cup white wine 4 1/3 cups rich lobster stock 2 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour 2 cups of heavy cream 5 (or more) ounces of lobster meat 2 Tablespoons dry sherry Salt and pepper (to your own taste)
- Sautee the shallots and tomatoes in butter until the liquid from the tomatoes is almost evaporated |
