I recently placed an order of your lobster bisque to be delivered to Texas as one of the appetizers for a company banquet. Your staff answered every question I had about when I should time my order for delivery and how the product should be prepared. When the order was placed, everything went just as planned and the bisque arrived right on time. I received a great deal of comments and compliments about your wonderful product and had to disappoint a great many people by not being able to provide the recipe. My only regret is that I should have ordered more!!
