We cannot guarantee lower prices than another lobster company if they DO NOT GUARANTEE your lobsters are alive when you receive them. Yes, it's true. There are companies that don't guarantee their lobsters... We wonder how consumers will know that good, live lobsters were placed in the box? Therefore, when comparing prices, please ensure the other lobster company offers the arive alive guarantee. How can we offer this guarantee? Because we already have the lowest prices or we'll beat another site's prices. We also have the freshest live lobsters which we catch off our own lobster vessels.

Guess what else we discovered? Many sites just state Guarantee in their advertising and figure consumers won't research the prices on other sites. We feel this is a shame. We want your business and want to provide the lowest price....we figure everybody wins with our guarantee. We get to show you our premium service, customer care, lowest prices, and the freshest hard shell lobsters...all while you get the lowest price available.

We are 4th generation lobstermen and catch our own lobsters (no middle men here like some retailers). We ship hand selected fresh hardshell lobsters and NEVER sacrifice quality like some retailers.

If you ever find a lower price, please email us with your zip code at sales@thelobsterguy.com (or by clicking the email link above). After we verify the price, we will email you back with a lower price. This guarantee is for same size and quantity of lobsters (and includes shipping costs).

Guess what? All sites claim to have the lowest prices (some even guarantee it)..well, we checked 26 sites (5 that state they have the lowest prices) and our prices are 11% to 237% lower (with shipping). Please check the other sites and then test...we wonder how they get away with their guarantee. Most sites hide their huge profits on shipping and on the seafood in their costs...please try a test order from us and you'll see we have the lowest prices without sacrificing quality.

We MUST receive your order by 1PM EST the day your order is shipped from New England (i.e. order by 1PM EST on Tue for Weds delivery)!
