To fax your order, please fill out this form and fax it to 401-782-3840. We ship Monday to Thursday, with delivery Tuesday to Friday (no Sundays or Mondays). Shipping charges will be added to your order.

Please see our shipping page for sample rates! (Ship weight is product, ice, box, and styrofoam)! Saturday delivery, when available, is an additional charge of $20.00 per box. A Lobsterguy representative will contact you. If Sat delivery is desired, a 2nd charge on your credit card will be added.
